Generic chatbots don’t know when your exams are. Scout lives inside your planner — it can see your classes, tasks and exam dates, so what it plans lands straight in your calendar. Ask it things like:

Questions, answered
What do I get the moment I start the trial?
Everything, immediately. The 5-task cap disappears, Scout AI becomes unlimited, and subtasks, repeating tasks, Calendar Sync and Activities all switch on the moment you start — on every device you’re signed into. Nothing is held back until you pay.
What happens when the 7-day trial ends?
If MSL+ is earning its keep, do nothing — your plan simply starts. If it isn’t, cancel before day 7 and you pay nothing at all. Either way, everything you set up during the trial stays in your account.
How do I cancel?
On the web: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Two clicks — no phone call, no chat you can’t skip. If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, you cancel there, in your store’s subscriptions. And you keep MSL+ until the end of whatever you’ve paid for, so cancelling early never wastes money.
Do I lose my work if I stop paying?
No — and this is worth knowing before you start. Your classes, tasks, exams and grades are never deleted. Stopping just returns you to the free plan’s limits, like the 5-task cap. Come back before exam season and it’s all still there.
Does MSL+ work on all my devices?
Yes. One subscription covers web, iPhone and Android — subscribe once and MSL+ is active everywhere you sign in. The web app is the full app, not a preview of mobile.
Is the free plan still free forever?
Yes, genuinely. The core planner — timetable, calendar, homework, exams, reminders — is free forever, no credit card. MSL+ is optional, and it’s what keeps the free plan free for everyone else.
Can a parent pay for it?
Yes. Send a parent an unlock request straight from the app and they pay from their side — you don’t need a card of your own. Parents connected through Family Connect can also help manage your planner.
